Resolved affected our last minute check for both Office and Google's calendar events.

The root cause was Google's calendar api's were taking long to reply, this caused a backlog for certain reminders that got queued multiple times.

We have improved the logic that avoids repeat reminders to better account for any third party outages / errors.
