We will be performing scheduled maintenance on Saturday May 9, 2026 from 05:00 to 08:00 UTC.

During this window, the Chili Piper platform will experience full downtime. While we expect the maintenance to be completed within approximately 1–1.5 hours, we have reserved a longer window to ensure a safe and smooth upgrade.

Impact:
All platform functionality will become unavailable. No new meetings can be scheduled, no routes will be performed. The platform admin/control center will be inaccessible. Notifications and reminders will not be sent.

This maintenance is required to perform critical database upgrades that improve performance, reliability, and security. Due to current technical constraints, a temporary full shutdown is necessary to safely complete this upgrade.

We will restore services as soon as the work is completed.
