We are aware of an issue with customers trying to connect to Gong in the Command Center.

This should affect customers trying to connect, whether it’s their first time connecting to Gong or not. Customers who are already connected should not see any impact.

Based on our findings, the resolution will require a joint effort with Gong. Gong's Support was already engaged with urgency and informed us that their Engineering Team is actively working on it.

We will keep this page updated with the resolution’s progress.
